Pocket Monsters Sun & Moon 018 I-Maji-ne!? Mao's Cooking Operation!!


Mao asks Satoshi and the others if they could taste test Mythical Alola Stew, the new item on the menu at Aina Cafeteria, which her family runs. However, the stew tastes really bad. The fact of the matter is that you need Saffron-Color Nectar in order to complete Mythical Alola Stew. However, it's off-season, which means it's nearly impossible to obtain the nectar. So Satoshi sets off together with Mao to search for Saffron-Color Nectar!

      I wrote a comment asking why PM chose to use "I-Maji-ne" rather than "For Real?!" in the episode title like they originally posted on their website. I tried asking this comment numerous times, but none of those attempts got published.

      The first comment was a test comment to see if any comment could pass through.

      I-Maji-ne is a pun on Amakaji's name, since the episode focuses mainly on it and Amakaji always says its name as Maji maji. They just translated the pun.

    I have VHS raws of the TV-ban Pokemon Special Masara Town-hen Soushuuhen, would you be interested in subbing it? It's just recaps of the first season, but it's really difficult to find nowadays, so maybe you'd like to do it.
