Satoshi has dreamed that he met legendary Pokémon. Then, the next morning, he finds a mysterious Pokémon on his way to the Pokémon School. There's not even anything on it in the Rotom Zukan, so Satoshi names it "Starcloud" and decides to take care of it. But then Lilie's mother Lusamine appears before him and asks him if he'd please entrust it to her. Just what is Starcloud?
