Pocket Monsters OVA 2 - Pikachu's Winter Vacation 2000

Following last year's success, OLM released another Pocket Monsters OVA the year after. This OVA was originally released on VHS December 22nd 1999, the day before Pocket Monsters episode 129, "Nuoh and the GS Ball!?", first aired on TV.
Like last year, this OVA consists of two individual, unrelated stories:

"Let's Play on the Ice":
Everyone are having fun blowing white clouds on the window in the cabin. But Chicorita is left out. The pouting Chicorita starts a scene which leads to Togepi starting to cry, and in the end, everyone ends up running outside the cabin!
"Christmas Night":
It is Christmas night, and Pikachu and its friends have gone into the forest in search of a shooting star. There, they meet Santa and his sick Odoshishi. He won't be able to deliver presents unless Odoshishi gets well. Everyone sets out in search for medicinal plants that can heal Odoshishi.
